Our project stems from a passion for mental well-being, and understanding the importance of play in adult lives, as well as the positive impact of meaningful interactions for an increased mental well-being.
Loneliness is becoming more commonly known as a ‘silent killer’.
Chronic, or prolonged, loneliness and social isolation can both affect, and be affected by, physical and mental health.

We understand that loneliness does not discriminate by age, and can affect any one of us during any stage of our life; that’s why we provide inclusive inter-generational activities for adults in Warrington who are experiencing loneliness and/or social isolation at any age.
